Zorbit 250g

Zorbit can be used to create sweet and savoury powders for coating chocolate truffles, sprinkling over homemade chips or using to garnish salads.

Derived from tapioca, the fine powder can absorb oils and turn them into powders. Try using this alongside truffle oil to create umami truffle powder for salads and seafood.

This powder has a naturally neutral flavour meaning it won’t affect the final flavour of dishes. 

Follow the below instructions for using zorbit:

• Zorbit is readily soluble when cold or hot. 
• It becomes a manipulable powder when mixed with oil (2 parts zorbit to 1 part oil) and dissolves completely on contact with any aqueous medium.
