Yuzu & Timut Pepper Spheres, 250g

Add these Yuzu and Timut pepper spheres to cocktails, oysters and Asian seafood dishes. Pale yellow in colour, the pearls have a fruity flavour somewhere between lime and tangerine, with a hint of tongue-tingling spice. Try adding them to a sake martini or a zesty lemon dessert.

Likened to caviar, the flavour pearls are luxurious spheres of juice encased in a fine gel which bursts in the mouth. 

Store at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening and use within 5 days.
