Van Houten Gold Chocolate Drink Powder 750g

Van Houten’s gold chocolate drink powder makes an indulgent blonde hot chocolate. This milk-based powder combines creamy white chocolate with caramelised sugar, for notes of toffee, butter and cream. When dissolved, it has a soft golden colour and creamy texture. It makes a delicious mug of caramelised white hot chocolate to warm on a cold evening.  

Mix 35g of this powder with 200ml of milk and heat to 70 degrees. The powder will dissolve into a velvety smooth liquid gold drink. Top with whipped cream and a dust of cinnamon for the ultimate indulgent treat. You can also use it in baking to add caramelised sweet flavour.
