Made by drying and grinding peel from the bergamot citrus fruit, this powder is intense with floral sweet-sharp flavour. This is a pure fruit flavour, with no added sugar.
Add a pinch to pannacotta and custards, stir through madeleine mixtures, sprinkle over pan-fried scallops or BBQ prawns. We also love using this dried bergamot powder alongside ginger and garlic as a marinade.

The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
