With Terre Exotique’s mulled wine spice blend, you just need to add red wine and you’ve got a warming drink, perfect for the colder months. This mix of cinnamon, cardamom, zingy orange peel and star anise infuses a fragrant, spiced flavour into anything from red wine to orange juice to cider.
Follow the below instructions for using the spice blend:
- Warm up 130ml of red wine (or try cider or apple juice).
- Add 70ml of orange juice.
- Stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons of this spice mix and simmer until warmed through.
