Ingredients: Amber balsamic vinegar with truffle 74% (Concentrated white grape must, grape vinegar, vinegar balsamic of Modena IGP, ground truffle 0.7%, truffle aroma 0.07%); water; thickener: xanthan gum; gelling agents: calcium chloride, sodium alginate.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 5 days.
