Set Of 4 Twisted Candles, Bright Tones

This set of four twisted colour block candles will add a pop of colour to your living or dining room. They are produced by British Colour Standard using eco colour dyes to create striking shades of pink, sunset orange, blue and lemon yellow. These spiral candles would look fantastic in modern candle holders on your mantelpiece or dinner table.

These colourful Fair Trade candles are hand-poured in Indonesia and made from high quality stearin wax. Stearin is a vegetable origin wax that is a sustainable alternative to paraffin and petroleum. Each candle has a 100% pure cotton wick and will last for up to nine hours, producing almost no soot or smoke as they burn. 

These candles measure 24.5cm tall, and have an 9 hour burn time with a clean, non-drip flame. They are made from stearin wax, ecological dyes and are paraffin free.

First established in the 1930s, British Colour Standard was revived in 2015 by Jackie Piper and Victoria Whitbread after they discovered an old colour dictionary in an Oxfam shop. A digital colour reader established a profile for the hundreds of colours created and logged in the 1930s and these original colours and names are used in their current collections.
