This BBQ weight is made from enamelled cast iron which makes it robust and built to last a long time. It weighs around 1kg so it applies consistent pressure without the need to push down further – simply place it on top of your meat and leave to grill. The weight has a dark wood handle for a sleek and refined addition to complete your BBQ toolkit.
Instructions for use: The weight is heated on the grill and laid on the food to be cooked when it is hot.
