Remo Microwave Rice Cooker

The Remo microwave rice cooker delivers perfectly cooked rice, every time! If you struggle to achieve light and fluffy rice when cooking on the stovetop, this could be the solution. The rice cooker consists of a bowl with a lockable lid and a tray that fits inside the bowl. A measuring cup is also included.

Remo recommends a ratio of 1 cup of rice with 1½  cups of water, but this may vary depending on the type of rice you’re cooking. Once you’ve mastered the art of white, brown and even sticky rice, you can experiment by adding aromatics like garlic, ginger and lemongrass. Try cooking rice in vegetable or chicken stock for dishes with rich, savoury flavour.

Microwave rice cookery is a great meal prep hack. The rice takes care of itself while you prepare other ingredients for healthy lunches and dinners. Use any leftovers to make egg fried rice or a tasty filling for stuffed peppers.

The Remo microwave rice cooker is available in two sizes:

• 1.5 litre – suitable for 2-3 people, 18 cm diameter, 14cm height
• 2.5 litre – suitable for 4-6 people, 21 cm diameter, 16 cm height

The rice bowl is dishwasher, fridge and microwave safe.
