Red Velvet Spray 150ml

This red velvet spray brings a flawless velvety red powder-effect coating to desserts, yule logs, ice-creams, and cakes. Use the red velvet spray can instead of a chocolate spray gun to create a fine mist finish on any patisserie.

The red velvet spray is made from cocoa butter so it not only looks spectacular, but also creates a very fine impermeable outer layer to help keep patisserie moist. 

Immerse the can in warm water for 30 minutes before use; and place the dessert into the freezer at least 20 minutes before spraying.
