The bean-shaped, single-origin Peruvian dark chocolates have a rich ganache filling – use 8 chocolate beans per drink and mix with 180ml of hot milk. Stir until the chocolate has melted and enjoy.
Keep your velvety smooth hot chocolate as it is, or jazz-up your drink by adding a pinch of cinnamon, a splash of Amaretto or topping with cream.

Neuhaus was started by Jean Neuhaus in 1857. He opened a pharmacy in Brussels, and as a way to thrill his customers, he covered their medicines in a thin layer of chocolate. Fast forward to 1912, Jean’s grandson swapped medicine for an indulgent chocolate centre, inventing what we now know and love as the praline.
