Morel mushrooms are a highly-prized woodland variety. This pack contains highest quality morel mushrooms – grown in the wild, hand-harvested during late spring and early summer, and then carefully selected for shape and size.
Rehydrate the morel mushrooms in warm water, and sauteΓ© in butter to bring out the naturally rich, earthy flavours. Top pork cutlets or beef steak with a simple morel garnish, or a morel cream sauce. Stir the morels into risottos, or serve alongside halibut with a few spears of new season asparagus.
