Messermeister Polishing Whetstone, 2000 & 5000 Grit

Messermeister’s polishing whetstone is a specialist gadget that’ll keep your knives razor-sharp at all times. This stone has two sides: one side has 2000 grains per square centimetre and will give your knives a super-sharp edge. The other side has 5000 grains per square centimetre and will create a polished, razor-sharp finish. 

Use this whetstone to finish off you sharpening session if you’ve gone from lower grits, or use to polish and refine your knife edge when it’s still sharp. If you knife is completely dull, you will need a stronger whetstone such as the Restoration Combination.
