Messermeister’s Overland utility knife is a go-to for your off-the-grid cooking needs. The solid knife is sturdy without being bulky, the spine of the knife is extra thick for strength while out and about in nature – ideal for carrying with you while camping. The compact 11.5cm is ideal for chopping and slicing both meat and vegetables. Gut fish, chop wild mushrooms or slice grilled meat easily and safely. 

The handle is designed for good grip and the micarta material means it won’t get as slippery as other knives might while wet. It also has an eyelet for a lanyard at the bottom of the handle, which also functions as a bottle opener.

• It is made of nitro-B steel and ranks 62 on the Rockwell hardness scale, meaning your knife will hold its sharp edge for longer before needing sharpening, making for a compact knife that still offers a powerful and controlled cut. 
• The blade is sharpened at a 16-degree angle for an even and sharp edge from heel to tip.
