This set of 4 iSi injector needles is designed for use with iSi gourmet whippers and thermo whippers. Injector needles are ideal for decoration, stuffing food, liquid injections, marinating, injecting and basting, frying and cooking in fat, and spherification.
The set is 100% stainless steel and includes:
