Each of the fermenting crocks come with weight stones which are unglazed. We recommend boiling them in water directly after use with a little vinegar to keep them as new. Store in a dry place.Â
The fermenting crock has a capacity of 2 litres.
Please note due to the artisanal nature of the product, there may be minor variations in the glaze, but this will not affect the quality of the product.
