Fragrant, sweet and intensely fruity ā Francois Doucet fruit jellies are the perfect thing to enjoy at the end of a meal, or as a little mid-morning treat with a cup of tea. The jellies are made with apricots and pears that are grown in Provence, as well as raspberries, strawberries and mandarins. The firm jellies have a dusting of sugar and are a very grown-up treat.Ā TheyĀ make a great gift, or enjoy them yourself!Ā There are two sizes available:

Francois Doucet is a French confectionery company who has been making exceptional pralines, jellies and chocolate treats for over 50 years. They are inspired by Provencale flavours and make their confections using nuts and fruits from Provence. The star of the show is Francois Doucetās almond praline, which uses recipe that is over three centuries old.
Ingredients: Fruit pulp 50% (apricot āOrange de Provenceā 22.5%, pear āWilliam Hautes Alpesā 12.5%, mandarin 5%, strawberry 5%, raspberry 5%) sugar, wheat glucose syrup, invert syrup, gelling agent: pectin, natural flavourings of fruits (raspberry, pear, strawberry, apricot, mandarin). Acidifier: citric acid, natural flavouring of Bourbon vanilla. May contain hazelnuts and gluten. Allergens listed in bold.
