Essential Cuisine fish stock mix gives you the same pungency of fresh fish stock, in powder form. Simply add 16g of dry stock mix to 1 litre of boiling water for a strong stock to add to your sauces, soups, gratins and pies.

- Simmer the stock with white beans to make a creamy side dish.
- Stir the dry mix through your potato mix when making fishcakes.

As this stock mix is made from pure white fish, it will have a cloudy appearance when made up as a stock with boiling water. As with fresh fish stock, if you allow your stock to settle, after passing, the sediment will settle to the bottom, creating a clearer stock.
