De Buyer Professional Stainless Steel Whisk

De Buyer professional stainless-steel whisks handle a multitude of kitchen tasks with ease – mixing, aerating, beating, emulsifying and whipping.

De Buyer professional whisks are available in four sizes:

• 35cm

The whisk wires are stainless spring steel that do not loosen or separate from the handle. The handles are ergonomically designed to be easy to hold. The curved handle design has the added advantage of stopping the whisk from slipping into large mixing bowls or saucepans. A hole in the handle lets you hang it up, for easy draining after washing and easy storage.

The handles are coated with Thermo Plastic Elastomer, which is anti-slip and has an insulating effect against very high or very low temperatures. This means the whisks are always comfortable to hold. It is also perfectly hygienic, as the whole whisk can be sterilised.
