The De Buyer mini Elastomoule mini madeleines mould lets you make miniature versions of this classic French treat. The bite-size madeleines are ideal petits fours, or serve with after-dinner coffee as an alternative to mints or biscuits.
De Buyer Elastomoule moulds are made from high quality silicone foam with metal powder. This means you get the same great golden-browning results as metal bakeware, but with the added non-stick benefits of silicone. The silicone mould supports temperatures from -70°C to +300°C, so you can use it in the oven, in a bain marie, or in the freezer.
The De Buyer mini Elastomoule mini madeleines mould includes a recipe card created by MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) chefs and World Pastry Champions.
For best results, use the mini madeleines mould on a perforated baking tray. The mould makes 20 madeleines that are each 1.1cm high, 3cm wide and 4cm long.
Wash & grease before first use. Hand washing recommended. Not suitable for microwave or grill use. Do not use with sharp objects. Do not heat while empty.
