Chocolate Velvet Spray 500ml

This chocolate velvet spray brings a flawless velvety chocolate cocoa-powder-effect coating to desserts, yule logs, ice-creams, and cakes. Use the chocolate velvet spray can instead of a chocolate spray gun to create a fine mist finish on any patisserie. The velvet finish not only looks spectacular, but also creates a very fine outer layer to help keep patisserie moist.

Immerse the can in warm water for 30 minutes before use; and place the dessert into the freezer at least 20 minutes before spraying.
