This 3-in-1 powder is a quick and easy way to make Thai milk tea at home. Thai tea is a drink made from Ceylon tea, milk and sugar – it has a sweet flavour, with honeyed-citrus notes from the tea.
This powder is a blend of milk, spiced black tea and sugar. Simply blend the powder with your favourite syrup and ice to create a sweet, cold drink. Mix the Thai milk tea powder with ginger syrup for a spicy, autumnal drink, or keep it classic with sugar cane syrup.
Follow these instructions for making milk tea:
To make 500ml 3-in-1 Thai milk tea:
- Use 4 spoons of powder (approx. 40g) to 200ml of hot water, stir it until it fully dissolves.
- Add 15ml of fructose syrup and fill up with ice.
- Fully shake it and serve.
