Pariani’s bourbon Madagascar vanilla pods are plump and rich with sweet, floral flavours. Their vanilla bean is of the highest quality and is classified as a Gourmet Bourbon which is so defined by its size, first-degree aroma and the area in which they are grown, which must belong to one of 5 D.O.C protected regions. 

These large, black vanilla pods are bursting with seeds – these seeds are typically scraped out of the pod and added to custards, ice creams and rice pudding for maximum flavour. 

For a gentler flavour, you can place the whole vanilla pod into the dishes to infuse, then remove before eating.
