This professional black food colouring is fat soluble, perfect for use in pastry and chocolate work.
To use, mix the black chocolate colour together with melted white chocolate or cocoa butter melted at 35°C. Mix well and apply the coloured chocolate using a brush or chocolate spray gun. If using a spray, strain through a sieve before use. Use around 1tsp per 200g of chocolate or cocoa butter.
Ingredients: Brilliant black E151, tartrazine E102. Active ingredient 17-20%. May have effects on activity and attention in children.
