Arcos Nordika Chef’s Knife 21cm

The Nordika chef’s knife is made of Nitrum stainless steel, which is uniquely formulated by Arcos. It makes for a hard, strong blade that delivers a smooth and precise cut while maintaining its sharp edge for longer. The silken edge is sharpened by specifically selected stones at a 15 degree angle for a high-quality and powerful cut. 

The Nordika range are full-tang knives, meaning the central steel blade goes right through to the handle, for a heavier knife with a powerful cut. The rounded spine prevents hand abrasions and creates a flexible yet sturdy knife.
