Arcos Nordika Chef’s Knife 16cm

The Acros Nordika chef’s knife is an all-round essential kitchen knife that will perform a variety of preparation tasks smoothly and efficiently. 

This16cm blade is a slightly smaller chef’s knife, allowing for increased control of the heavier balance, which is ideal for finely dicing vegetables and portioning cuts of meat. The Nordika chef’s knife is made of Nitrum stainless steel, which is uniquely formulated by Arcos. It makes for a hard, strong blade that delivers a smooth and precise cut while maintaining its sharp edge for longer. The silken edge is sharpened by specifically selected stones at a 15 degree angle for a high-quality and powerful cut. 

The Nordika range are full-tang knives, meaning the central steel blade goes right through to the handle, for a heavier knife with a powerful cut. The rounded spine prevents hand abrasions and creates a flexible yet sturdy knife.
